It's an uphill battle!!!!!!!
user_icon   It’s an uphill battle but the Bennett’s are making progress! We continue to meet weekly to review budget leaks and make strategic plans for paying down their debt. So far we have accomplished a debt consolidation plan, discovered budget leaks, and established a savings account! And they have had to make some very difficult decisions already . . . like getting rid of cable! Yes, it was their idea and they did it all on their own! This is truly a need versus a want and when you need to be able to pay your bills, cutting back in areas like this makes the other bills a little more tolerable. So proud of them! And I really like watching Molly and Riki work together to figure out what to do. They communicate well and talk through the issues no matter what they are. They are an absolute delight to work with!
