Change is never easy, “YOU GOTTA WANTA”. This is my 3rd year doing the Financial Makeover and this year is no different. Jim & Bridgid are no different. The first couple of months it's slow to start implementing change, but Jim & Bridgid are fully on board now. Bridgid has taken over the task of the bill payment & rationing out the dollars, and she's a tough task master. Her dream is to open an Irish dance studio. You see, Bridgid is a licensed Irish Dance Instructor, as in certified by a commission in Ireland. Not an easy accomplishment. I went down to the Power & Light District St. Patrick’s day to watch her perform at Raglan Road Irish Pub. She and three other girls would dance while the Irish bands would go on break. WOW, what a work out Irish dancing is. I was really impressed, especially with Bridgid, however I am biased. They all did a wonderful job. I also had the chance to meet Bridgid’s mother who was busy filming the girls dance, a very nice lady. After watching Bridgid dance I can tell she is passionate and has the "wanta" to accomplish her dreams. It's going to be an honor to help she and Jim get down that path.
